The Kinetic Arbiter is a Sniper Weapon, a primary weapon in The Cycle. The first sniper rifle in the game among 14 other Weapons.

Summary[edit]

One of The ICA's most advanced conventional weapons, the Kinetic Arbiter is little more than a military-grade gauss gun stripped down to its most basic components needed to function, without any of the fancy fittings or safety mechanisms.

Firing a solid metal rod at immense velocity and great accuracy, this weapon is favored among Prospectors that want to resolve differences quickly and from a safe distance.
